This website collects one thing: an email address for the Vera waiting list. This page describes what happens to it. It covers the website as it is today. The Vera platform will have its own privacy policy before it launches.

Who we are
Vera is built by S2AI Agency Unipessoal Lda, a company registered in Portugal. What we collect
We collect what the form asks for: your email address, the language you were reading the website in, and the date you signed up. We do not ask for your name or your organisation, and we do not build a profile of you.
Why we keep it
We keep your email address to send you one message when Vera launches. That is the only purpose, and it is what you agreed to when you ticked the box. Under the GDPR, that tick is consent, and it is the only legal basis we rely on. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. The list has never been given to anyone.
The email we send
We will send one email when Vera launches. It will include an unsubscribe link and our postal address. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately. If we ever want to send you anything else, we will ask for your consent first.
The anti-spam check
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which stops automated scripts from filling the list with fake addresses. To tell you apart from a script, Turnstile receives your IP address and some technical signals from your browser, and Cloudflare processes them on our behalf. Turnstile is not an analytics tool and does not track you across other websites. Cloudflare's privacy policy is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
No analytics and no tracking cookies
This website has no analytics script, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, and no cookies set by us. The fonts are served from our own site rather than from Google. We do not know how many pages you read or where you came from. If any of this changes, we will update this page before the change takes effect.
Where the data is stored and who can access it
The list is stored in a Supabase database hosted in Frankfurt, Germany, and the website runs on Vercel. Both companies process the data on our behalf under contract, as does Cloudflare for the anti-spam check. Vercel and Cloudflare are American companies, so some processing happens outside the EU under the standard contractual clauses the GDPR provides for this. The list itself does not leave the EU. It cannot be read from the browser: the database table has no public access policy, and only our server can read it or write to it.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until we launch and send you the email, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If we decide not to launch, we delete the list.
What you can ask for
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, a correction, or deletion. Send one email to hello@s2agency.ai. You do not have to give a reason, and we will not treat you differently for asking. These rights apply wherever you live.
Your rights under the GDPR
We are established in the European Union, so the GDPR governs everything on this page for everyone on the list, wherever they live. Our legal basis is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time by writing to us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that happened before you withdrew it. You can also object to how we use your email address, ask us to restrict its use, and receive it in a portable format. If you believe we have handled your data incorrectly, you can complain to your national data protection authority. In Portugal that is the CNPD.
If you are in the United States
California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states give you the right to know what data is held about you, to have it deleted, and to opt out of its sale or of targeted advertising. We do not sell the list and we do not use it for advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. To exercise the other rights, write to the address above.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, we update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use an email address already on the list, we email the list before the change takes effect.
