What this website is
This website describes a product that S2AI Agency Unipessoal Lda is building, and offers a form to be notified when it launches. There is nothing to buy, nothing to sign in to, and no account to hold. Using the website means reading it. Joining the waiting list means agreeing to receive one email.
The waiting list
Joining the waiting list does not reserve a place, a price, or a launch date, and it does not commit us to launch on any date or at all. It commits us to two things: to send you one email if we launch, and to delete your email address if you ask. The privacy policy describes how the address is handled.
What the website says
The copy describes the product as it is designed, before it has shipped. Features, methods, and standards named here may change before launch. A valuation produced by the platform will be governed by the platform's own terms and by the engagement under which it is produced, not by anything on this website. Nothing here is valuation advice, legal advice, or an offer.
Liability
The website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, S2AI Agency Unipessoal Lda is not liable for any loss arising from reading the website, relying on it, or being unable to reach it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law, and the courts of Braga have jurisdiction over any dispute about them, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live. Send questions to hello@s2agency.ai.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, we update the date at the top. If a change affects what joining the waiting list means, we email the list before the change takes effect.
